I am a professional member of the SAA.

My work involves teaching, running exhibitions and exhibiting my own work.

I teach regular groups in Knowstone and Fillegh, near South Molton.

Both groups are friendly, and easygoing, encouraging and supporting each other.

Self-taught, my skills have developed through reading, experimentation and specific workshops when I have felt I needed to find a better way than my own.

I have been painting for as long as I can remember, and have won various competitions throughout this time.

In the past I have mainly worked on a commission basis, which means painting to a clients brief.

Nowadays I teach and paint pieces for sale and exhibition, which are my choice, as well as continuing with commissions.
